Local, Sustainable and Ethical. From farm to fork.

Grassfed beef & lamb from Hole street farm is reared sustainably on their 'red tractor' certified farm. The meat is ethically produced in their small onsite abattoir and prepared by artisan butchers. The animals do not leave a 4-5 mile radius throughout the process.
